Apparently it&rsquo;s been a pretty wet year all round, which a record number of typhoons, and unfortunately a record number of deaths. There&rsquo;s a World Weather summary <a class="link" href="http://www.worldweather.org/068/c00183.htm#" target="_blank" rel="noopener" >here</a>, and the <a class="link" href="http://www.jma.go.jp/JMA_HP/jma/indexe.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener" >Japanese Meteorological Agency</a>. Global warming? Natural cycles? Diffcult to know, but I&rsquo;m wondering whether it will result in more snow this winter after last year&rsquo;s fairly short season.</p>
